Ashleigh joined Gandel Invest in 2026 with a background in investment banking and corporate, scale-up, and startup ecosystems. She is passionate about building the conditions in which founders can do their best work, and helping founders engage their full potential. Ashleigh holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Sydney.
